ABOUT THE CLUB
Established in 1987 on some of the most picturesque and natural marshlands in Florida, Old Marsh Golf Club is the essence of a quintessential private golf club experience, bringing both sport and nature together as one. The Club has been recognized by the Audubon International Society as a Certified Audubon Sanctuary for their efforts in preserving and maintaining the natural landscape, which is home for dozens of species of wildlife, including the state protected Sandhill Crane. Old Marsh offers their membership an unmatched level of personalized service, high-end amenities and one of the most distinct golf experiences in the country.
Designed by world-renowned golf course architect, Pete Dye, Old Marsh provides its membership with not only a perfectly manicured championship golf course, but a golf experience unparalleled anywhere in the Palm Beaches. The Club prides itself on tradition and ensuring its members stay in love with the game of golf. Whether playing the Member Tees (6,200 yards) or the Tour Tees (7,300 yards), every skill level will love this wonderful walk.
The professional caddie program at Old Marsh only elevates the golf experience. Whether you prefer walking, riding, or a mixture of both, the Club’s professional caddies will help you navigate Pete Dye’s 18-hole masterpiece while you embrace the natural beauty and observe the surrounding wildlife. Over the years, Old Marsh has been consistently recognized as one of the most prestigious golf clubs in the State of Florida and a Golf Digest US Top 100 Course. Currently, Old Marsh Golf Club is ranked #22 in the country by Platinum Clubs of America.
Old Marsh is an exclusive, non-equity, invitation-only Golf Club limited to just 279 members. The members at Old Marsh are known to uphold and appreciate the highest traditions of the game, without forgetting the most important part… having fun. As a member, you will cherish the camaraderie and memories made as an Old Marsh Member for a lifetime. Imagine walking down the 4th fairway, thirsty and in need of an adult beverage… your caddie calls your order into the bar (referred to on campus as an “airstrike”) and 5 minutes later you’re raising a glass with friends.
Old Marsh is not only a championship caliber golf course, but a great “hang” as well. Sophisticated, but understated. Elegant, but fun. In addition to the Club offering a spectacular Clubhouse, top-notch service, and an unforgettable golf experience, the best part of Old Marsh is its members. Regardless of financial status, the members at Old Marsh check their egos at the door and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and an immediate part of the Club.
YOUR PERSONAL OASIS
THE REAL ESTATE
Encompassing a total of 456 acres, Old Marsh is a private, secure, manned gate community of less than 200 residences surrounded by nature preserve on three of the four sides. Home sites range from ½ acre to 2 acres, with home sizes ranging from 3,000 – 14,000 square feet of living space. The world class service at Old Marsh is not just at the Golf Club. The Old Marsh HOA provides its homeowners with a 5-star experience. The HOA does not subcontract out a management company.
